Q: How often are lash boxes shipped?
A: We process your order every month on the same date you started your membership.
Q: Will I be able to change the lengths or styles of the lashes in my box?
A: Yes! You can make changes to the assortment of lashes in your subscription as many times as you want, with no additional charge. Changes must be made at least 2 days before your box is processed to ensure that the updates are reflected in that shipment. For now, please email email@example.com to submit your change requests. We are building an online portal for easier changes in the future.
Q: What if I don’t use enough of my lashes?
A: That's ok! You can either cancel your subscription and replace it with a smaller one (no extra fees involved), or skip a future order in your existing subscription. When you skip an order, you aren't charged for that period. For now, please also email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit delivery skip requests. In the next 1-2 months, you'll be able to easily skip an order (or multiple) from directly within your online account. You can make changes up until 2 days before we pack your monthly box.
Q: What non-lash perks are included?
Once you've joined, you'll have access to our members-only promo code, "LILACPACK", for 25% off all lash accessories. Sorry, other discount codes won't stack with the subscription but you can still use them on non-subscription orders! You can also get free shipping for one-time purchases by adding them to your upcoming subscription boxes. Like for other subscription changes, you can add one-time purchases up until 2 days before we pack your monthly box.
Q: How do I add one-time purchases to my next box?
You can add one-time purchases via the customer portal. After logging into your Lilac St. account, go into the "Manage Subscriptions" section and click "edit" on your active subscription. This will take you to a page where you can add one-time purchase items. The "LILACPACK" discount will be automatically applied for all eligible one-time purchases of lash accessories.
Please keep in mind that if you skip a box shipment, you'll need to cancel any one-time purchases associated with that shipment and add them to the next shipment you'll receive.
Q: Is there a minimum subscription period?
A: No, you can cancel any time. We will only charge for membership boxes that we have shipped.

We believe deeply in two things: first, the power that comes from communities listening to and uplifting each other, and second, the importance of removing barriers to access and opportunity for everyone. This work starts with a single child. That’s why we’re sharing the proceeds of all Lilac Pack Memberships with global programs that support education and independence for children worldwide.
How does it work? For each month of your subscription, an individual girl (or other child facing particular barriers to education) in sub-Saharan Africa or India will be sponsored for a month of school and family support through partnerships with local non-profits and existing government programs.
Why a 1 for 1 program? Because it all starts with a single child. We know that when marginalized children - especially girls - are able to stay in school, they develop expanded job and life opportunities, and will lead wealthier and healthier lives. They share this with their family and community. Each small investment in children’s schooling has the power to uplift whole villages over time. As a result, we believe that supporting children's education 1 for 1 is one of the most impactful ways to make our global community more beautiful.
